Emma Stone

Emily Jean "Emma" Stone was born on the 6th of November 1988 in Scottsdale, Arizona to Krista Jean Stone (nee Yeager), an experienced homemaker and Jeffrey Charles "Jeff" Stone, a founder of a contracting firm and CEO. She is of Swedish, German & British Isles descent. Stone started acting when she was a kid in Phoenix's Valley Youth Theatre. There she performed her first stage performance in "The Wind in the Willows" by Kenneth Grahame. She appeared in many more productions throughout her teens until, around the age of 15 she decided to make acting her profession. As per the official account she performed an PowerPoint slide show supported by Madonna's Hollywood and called "Project Hollywood" in an attempt to convince her parents to allow her to drop out of school and relocate to Los Angeles. After the presentation was accepted by the parents, the couple moved to LA. She continued her education at home while auditioning. Her TV debut in 2004, when she was chosen to play the character as Laurie Partridge on the VH1 talent/reality program In Search of the Partridge Family. The show led to many small TV roles in the years to follow. After a string success acting roles, her character Olive in Easy A (2010) was her debut in a film. In Phoenix, Arizona, she attended Xavier College Preparatory. While she is famous for her red hair, her true color is blonde. Judd Apatow suggested that she change her hair color in order to match Superbad (2007). She was so impressed, she chose to keep the color. At age 15, she persuaded her parents that she could make the move to Hollywood. She achieved this by making a PowerPoint presentation called Project Hollywood. When she was 11 years old she started acting at the Valley Youth Theatre, Phoenix, AZ. There, she performed in 16 stage productions and performed in the comedy improv troupe. Caylee Cowan also performed at the Valley Youth Theatre.
